Membership Validity
Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of payment.Non-Refundable Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.Adherence to Rules and Regulations
By becoming a member, you agree to abide by ABHA’s rules and regulations.Use of Donations and Funds
All donations and funds received by the organization will be used exclusively for charitable, cultural, educational, and religious purposes as outlined in our mission statement. The organization reserves the right to allocate funds as necessary to fulfill its objectives. Donors will be informed of significant financial decisions upon request.Code of Conduct
All members, volunteers, and participants are expected to behave in a manner that upholds the values of the Hindu faith, fosters respect, and promotes unity. Discriminatory, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated. The organization reserves the right to suspend or remove individuals who violate this code of conduct.Intellectual Property and Content
All content produced by the organization, including but not limited to educational materials, logos, websites, and publications, remains the intellectual property of the organization. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent is prohibited.Limitation of Liability
The organization is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during events, activities, or while participating in organizational programs. All participants are responsible for their own safety and actions. By participating, individuals agree to do so at their own risk.
